7 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receiving your gemstone and we will issue a full refund. Please call us during business hours and we will issue a return authorization number along with shipping instructions. We cannot accept unauthorized returns under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to properly package and pay for the shipping and full insurance for every return.
CPS Gems, Inc. takes NO responsibility for return shipments. After the returned gemstone(s) is received, it will be inspected. Gemstones must be in original condition in order to qualify for a refund. If any gemstone is shipped with a certificate, the certificate must be returned in original condition. Any damaged or missing certificate will be charged a $200.00 replacement fee. If no damage has occurred, you will receive a refund within 5 business days. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card that made the purchase.
