Are the actual gemstones pictured on the site?
All gemstone images are of the actual item. We do not use stocked imagery.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receiving your gemstone and we will issue a full refund. Please call us during business hours (Monday – Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm PST) and we will issue a return authorization number along with shipping instructions. We cannot accept unauthorized returns under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to properly package and pay for the shipping and full insurance for every return. CPS Gems, Inc. takes NO responsibility for return shipments.
After the returned gemstone(s) is received, it will be inspected. Gemstones must be in original condition in order to qualify for a refund. If any gemstone is shipped with a certificate, the certificate must be returned in original condition. Any damaged or missing certificate will be charged a $200.00 replacement fee. If no damage has occurred, you will receive a refund within 5 business days. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card that made the purchase.
When will my order be shipped?
There is a status field for each gem. If the status of the gem is “available” it will be shipped that day or the first available business day.
All other orders will be available to ship within 3-7 business days.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and . For payment methods not listed on our site,
such as wire transfers, please call our office 1-800-727-7436.
Do you charge tax?
Sales tax is only charged for sales within the state of California. If you are a resident of California, we must charge a sales tax of 9.75%.
If you are located anywhere outside the state of California, no sales tax applies.
Are all gemstones accompanied by a certificate?
A certificate accompanies some gemstones. If a gemstone has a certificate, there is a link on the detail page to view it and it will be shipped with the gemstone at no additional charge. If the gemstone does not have a certificate you may request certification by an independent lab such as GIA or EGL in Los Angeles. Please contact us for more information.

How do I cancel an order?
Cancellation of any order must be made within 24 hours. Please call us with the sales order confirmation number to make a cancellation.
We try our utmost to deliver accurate information on our products. However, from time to time, mistakes do happen. We are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions or pricing errors and reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice.
